Seal-Pave is a heavy duty protective seal for bituminous concrete pavements. It is a high solids colloidal dispersion of coal tar pitch in water. It is easy to use, dries to a jet black finish and exceeds federal specification RP355(e). Seal-Pave is manufactured by Surface Coatings Co.

Diamond Shield
Accelerated Curing Agent for Pavement Sealer. Diamond Shield Fortifier (DSF) is a liquid composition, primary active curing additive, viscosity and rheology modifier for water borne asphalt, coal tar and blended emulsions DSF functions safely and significantly to reduce the amount of time required for a surface coating to be reintroduced to vehicle traffic without damage to the film.
Amguard Oil Spot Primer A job-proven, acrylic polymer primer that allows sealer materials to bond effectively. Prevents oil and grease spots from "bleeding" through fresh blacktop sealer.
Fass-Dri pavement sealer additive
Fass-Dri pavement sealer additive is the result of nono-cure technology. Fass-Dri will allow you to open a parking lot to traffic in little as 30 minutes.
Gator Patch A blend of asphaltic emulsion, mineral fillers, glass fiber, ground rubber and plasticizer designed for alligatoring skin patch areas. It is also used for filling cracks in excess of 1/2" width on all asphaltic surfaces.
Amguard Pourable Crackfiller is an asphalt emulsion based, premium liquid crack filler, formulated to a pourable, self-leveling consistency, which promotes quick, easy application and penetration in narrower voids and pavement cracks. Fills and seals cracks in pavement surfaces, to prevent damaging effects of water penetration and improves overall pavement appearance.
Dura-Fill H.S. is recommended for sealing cracks and joints in
portland cement, asphaltic pavements, and parking lots. It is designed to seal expansion
and contraction joints, longitudinal and transverse cracks, joints between concrete and
asphaltic shoulders, and random cracks.
Surface Preparation: Proper surface preparation facilitates adequate adhesion and
consequently the maximum life of the sealant. In order for proper adhesion, the crack/joint
must be free of moisture, dust, loose aggregate, and other contaminates. The substrate
and air temperatures must be 40ºF or above.Use oil-free compressed air and heat to clean and
dry the crack/joint immediately prior to sealing. Cracks/joints should be sized so that
the maximum extension and compression do not exceed 50% of the width. Best results
are obtained when the cracks/joints are opened at least 1/2 inch wide.The crack jet works best for this.
