Almost every day I receive e-mails, letters, and phone calls from government-paid disinformation agents. How do I know that's what they are? Because they are the ones attempting to trash and besmirch the reputation of the most hard-working and dependable leaders in the Patriot and Truth Movements.

The CIA, FBI, Israeli Mossad, and other spy groups have "black budgets" in the tens of billions and are freely spending taxpayer dollars setting up fake "patriot" websites and radio programs and bankrolling trained disinformation agents. They also subsidize books and videos that specialize in defaming and smearing true patriots. Anyone who is genuinely and honestly exposing government corruption will eventually get on the list of these smear agents.

They'll stop at nothing, lying and deceiving, manufacturing false news reports and dredging up any personal junk they can get hold of, trying to spread confusion and chaos among patriotic Americans.

I am often the target of these government-subsidized rapscallions, but I consider it just part of the price we all have to pay for the privilege of publishing the truth. To me, it is a badge of honor to be attacked by those lying jackals and turncoats who have a blind eye as far as freedom is concerned.

How to Spot Them

How can you and I spot the government-funded fakers who, so often, pretend to be patriots and lovers of liberty? Here are some clues. Ask yourself...

1.Do they focus on the elite powers-that-be in high places of government, OR instead, do they waste their time attacking fellow patriots in the Truth Movement?2.Do they constantly relish writing and publishing trash and smears against patriot leaders and truthtellers?3.Do they call in to Patriot talk shows and target for smears and vitriol the host, the guest, or other patriot leaders?4.Do they insist that only those who currently are exposing this or that particular group (whether it’s the CFR, Trilateralists, Zionists, Jesuits, Neocons, Blacks, Russians, etc.) are trustworthy?5.Do they rail at legitimate patriot authors and leaders, calling them names and accusing them of being greedy and "in it just to make money?"6.Do they seize on virtually every word or statement made by a patriot leader or author, trying to find fault or some minor inaccuracy? (Note: One author I know was accused of being academically inept simply because he had misspelled the name "Zbigniew Brzezinski" in his otherwise excellent, 300-page book).Disregard These Piranha Fish and Cannibals

The government shills and con-agents are like piranha fish, working and grinding their teeth, cannibalizing the flesh of good, honest, and sincere people in the Patriot and Truth Movements. Watch out for them and avoid their treachery.

The Truth About the Health Care Bills -

Well, I have done it! I have read the entire text of proposed House Bill 3200: The Affordable Health Care Choices Act of 2009. I studied it with particular emphasis from my area of expertise, constitutional law. I was frankly concerned that parts of the proposed law that were being discussed might be unconstitutional. What I found was far worse than what I had heard or expected.

 

To begin with, much of what has been said about the law and its implications is in fact true, despite what the Democrats and the media are saying. The law does provide for rationing of health care, particularly where senior citizens and other classes of citizens are involved, free health care for illegal immigrants, free abortion services, and probably forced participation in abortions by members of the medical profession.

 

The Bill will also eventually force private insurance companies out of business and put everyone into a government run system. All decisions about personal health care will ultimately be made by federal bureaucrats and most of them will not be health care professionals. Hospital admissions, payments to physicians, and allocations of necessary medical devices will be strictly controlled.

 

However, as scary as all of that is, it just scratches the surface. In fact, I have concluded that this legislation really has no intention of providing affordable health care choices. Instead it is a convenient cover for the most massive transfer of power to the Executive Branch of government that has ever occurred, or even been contemplated. If this law or a similar one is adopted, major portions of the Constitution of the United States will effectively have been destroyed.

 

The first thing to go will be the masterfully crafted balance of power between the Executive, Legislative, and Judicial branches of the U.S. Government. The Congress will be transferring to the Obama Administration authority in a number of different areas over the lives of the American people and the businesses they own. The irony is that the Congress doesn’t have any authority to legislate in most of those areas to begin with. I defy anyone to read the text of the U.S. Constitution and find any authority granted to the members of Congress to regulate health care.

 

This legislation also provides for access by the appointees of the Obama administration of all of your personal healthcare information, your personal financial information, and the information of your employer, physician, and hospital. All of this is a direct violation of the specific provisions of the 4th Amendment to the Constitution protecting against unreasonable searches and seizures. You can also forget about the right to privacy. That will have been legislated into oblivion regardless of what the 3rd and 4th Amendments may provide.

 

If you decide not to have healthcare insurance or if you have private insurance that is not deemed “acceptable” to the “Health Choices Administrator” appointed by Obama there will be a tax imposed on you. It is called a “tax” instead of a fine because of the intent to avoid application of the due process clause of the 5th Amendment. However, that doesn’t work since there is nothing in the law that allows you to contest or appeal the imposition of the tax, it is definitely depriving someone of property without the “due process of law".

 

So, there are three of those pesky amendments that the far left hate so much out of the original ten in the Bill of Rights that are effectively nullified by this law. It doesn’t stop there though. The 9th Amendment that provides: “The enumeration in the Constitution, of certain rights, shall not be construed to deny or disparage others retained by the people;” The 10th Amendment states: “The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are preserved to the States respectively, or to the people.” Under the provisions of this piece of Congressional handiwork neither the people nor the states are going to have any rights or powers at all in many areas that once were theirs to control.

 

I could write many more pages about this legislation, but I think you get the idea. This is not about health care; it is about seizing power and limiting rights. Article 6 of the Constitution requires the members of both houses of Congress to “be bound by oath or affirmation” to support the Constitution. If I was a member of Congress I would not be able to vote for this legislation or anything like it without feeling I was violating that sacred oath or affirmation. If I voted for it anyway I would hope the American people would hold me accountable.

I saw the writing on the wall when it came to Obama. I listened, paid attention, read and researched before I casted my vote. I went with Chuck Baldwin from the Independent Constitution Party, who was backed by Ron Paul. Of course I knew it was a losing vote, but there was no way I could vote for anyone that I felt didn't have the values I was looking for.

 

But, talking to the masses out there right before election time, I started to believe a brain-washing mechanism was shot down from the sky on a day I stayed inside. Everyone seemed to believe in this monster Obama, and believe blindly, even if you tried to explain what he stood for.

 

I think the brain-washing is finally washing off though, but it's too late, the Obama machine is in office. It's like people are coming out of their trance, and I've got one good example. After everything I told my BF before the election, he still voted for Obama. Then just last month, my BF looked at me and said "I'm sorry that I voted for Obama. Did you know he wants to take away our right to own a gun?".

 

Well, welcome back to earth, dear BF. I'm glad to see the brain-washing flash wasn't strong enough to last until next election, but hey, stay indoors next election November to be save!!

All they are going to do is ENFORCE these companies with Carbon Credits. What is carbon credits? Lets just say it is a buy off to the rich banking pricks. More you pollute, the more you pay into this scam. If you have money, you can pollute, but they are not doing anything to slow down the toxin problems. Just open up your wallet, it will keep them quiet for awhile.

Terry is the man who owns this company and his conduct during his job with us was COMPLETELY unprofessional. Basically, he estimated the entire job to be $1,000 but then changed it after he began his work on his driveway by saying that it would be $1,000 for only 10 hours of work, and getting the job done would be an extra $500. Ridiculous! How can you charge $1000 for 10 hours of work - without any guarantee of getting the job done? What is your motivation to finish the job in a timely matter then? Why not just slack off, take twice as long, and then charge the customer twice as much? When confronted with the difference in his original estimate and when we tried to negotiate the price down by doing our own sealcoating, Terry became very angry, raised his voice and began shouting obscenities for the entire neighborhood to hear. He would not even hear our concerns and basically had a temper tantrum and kept swearing for another 5 minutes. Two children were playing outside at the neighbor's house and stopped what they were doing to see what was going on because Terry was so loud. He was on the phone with the decision-maker of our home when he began yelling and swearing and then had the nerve to HANG UP on him! They were supposed to come back today to finish what they started but they did not come to finish the job. So now we are left with a job that is half-finished. It's a lot easier to get someone who is doing nothing, to participate in protest's and social dissent, especially when you promise to give what someone else has to them. No one in their right mind is going to protest and demand that someone take what they have earned and give it to someone else. Once this snowball start's rolling, the productive leave because it's easier to move on to greener pastures than to stay and live amongst those who are trying to take what you have earned. Coleman Young was a master of emotion, and I really can't take away his absolute genius and the proof being by his longevity as Detroit's Mayor. He knew he could scream "RACISM" and "WHITEY" and blacks would back him and the white liberal would cower in fear. Once Coleman tweeked Whitey's nose enough times, Whitey left, taking his money and jobs with him. Whitey headed north and west to the suburb's and as always, the leaches followed. Now you have Oakland and Macomb Counties, the same style politicians that ruined Detroit are here, doing the exact same things, making the same promises of giving those who don't want to earn anything something for nothing, as long as you support and elect them. These are White liberal politicians who are more than happy to threaten White voters with name calling and threats of being branded "RACIST" if you go along with their scheme. Now one sits in the White House, the neighborhood organizer is doing exactly as he promised and it seem's the most dismayed......are the dumb White people who supported him the most, because they didn't want to be seen as "RACIST". Unfortunately by the time 2012 roll's around media propaganda will have these same people scared shitless to vote for anyone other than a liberal politician and the liberal already knows they have the support of the useless, because pandering and appeasement works. I can't believe the mi. legislature. The best they can up with for this state is a smoking ban.(Except Detroit casinos) Unemployment highest in the nation, utility bills through the roof. If the Michigan Legislature had the citizens best interest at heart, they would have made cigars and cigarettes illegal, PERIOD! Impose a ban and add an addition tax (fine) to a segement of society who is already taxed under the disguise of a greater public good. So they took a law abiding tax paying (paying above and beyond) segement and turned them into criminals to be taxed. No one ever questioned why the anti-gun, "stop the insanity" group, called this legislation " a great victory", well because they have guns in their sights (so to speak), they knew that if they could get away with this type of legislation, the sky is now the limit. Those gun owners who think they are safe can forget it, your next. There are a lot more smokers than NRA members and it's only a matter of time before the State is knocking on your door taking your guns because it's a greater public good. Anti- gun lobbyist's will take the Smoking Legislation and use it as a blue print to a gun ban to gun confiscation. Like the seat belt law went from a warning, to can only be ticketed if pulled over for another traffic infraction, to seat belt check lanes, the Smoking Legislation started out as voluntary to a criminal offense. One of the benefits of my age, perhaps the only one, is to speak my mind, blunt and direct even to the head man.

 

So here goes.

 

I am amazed, angry and determined not to see my country die before I do, but you seem hell bent not to grant me that wish.

 

I can't figure out what country you are the president of.

You fly around the world telling our friends and enemies despicable lies like:

             " We're no longer a Christian nation"

             " America is arrogant" - (Your wife even

                 announced to the world,"America is mean-

                 spirited. " Please tell her to try preaching

                 that nonsense to 23 generations of our

                 war dead buried all over the globe who

                 died for no other reason than to free a

                 whole lot of strangers from tyranny and

                 hopelessness.)

I'd say shame on the both of you, but I don't think you like America, nor do I see an ounce of gratefulness in anything you do, for the obvious gifts this country has given you.  To be without shame or gratefulness is a dangerous thing for a man sitting in the White House.

 

After 9/11 you said," America hasn't lived up to her ideals."

 

Which ones did you mean? Was it the notion of personal liberty that 11,000 farmers and shopkeepers died for to win independence from the British?  Or maybe the ideal that no man should be a slave to another man, that 500,000 men died for in the Civil War?  I hope you didn't mean the ideal 470,000 fathers, brothers, husbands, and a lot of fellas I knew personally died for in WWII, because we felt real strongly about not letting any nation push us around, because we stand for freedom.

 

I don't think you mean the ideal that says equality is better than discrimination.  You know the one that a whole lot of white people understood when they helped to get you elected.

 

Take a little advice from a very old geezer, young man.

 

Shape up and start acting like an American.  If you don't, I'll do what I can to see you get shipped out of that fancy rental on Pennsylvania Avenue.  You were elected to lead not to bow, apologize and kiss the hands of murderers and corrupt leaders who still treat their people like slaves.

 

And just who do you think you are telling the American people not to jump to conclusions and condemn that Muslim major who killed 13 of his fellow soldiers and wounded dozens more. You mean you don't want us to do what you did when that white cop used force to subdue that black college professor in Massachusetts, who was putting up a fight?  You don't mind offending the police calling them stupid but you don't want us to offend Muslim fanatics by calling them what they are, terrorists.

 

One more thing.  I realize you never served in the military and never had to defend your country with your life, but you're the Commander-in-Chief now, son.  Do your job..  When your battle-hardened field General asks you for 40,000 more troops to complete the mission, give them to him.  But if you're not in this fight to win, then get out.  The life of one American soldier is not worth the best political strategy you're thinking of.

 

You could be our greatest president because you face the greatest challenge ever presented to any president. 

You're not going to restore American greatness by bringing back our bloated economy.  That's not our greatest threat.  Losing the heart and soul of who we are as Americans is our big fight now.

And I sure as hell don't want to think my president is the enemy in this final battle.
